Eric is an award-winning drummer known for his work with Pharrell Williams, N*E*R*D, Spymob, The Hopefuls, Grammy-winning songwriter Dan Wilson, and Chinese pop star Wang Lee Hom, among others. He's also a record producer and mix engineer, writer and speaker on matters of creativity and collaboration, and editor of the dumbdrummer blog. Fawcett is a founding member of the band Yukon Kornelius, a group that performs for charitable causes, alongside Stefan Lessard of the Dave Matthews Band, Ed Robertson of Barenaked Ladies, Adam Gardner of Guster, actor Jason Biggs, and Dee Snider of Twisted Sister.

John is an acclaimed songwriter who has independently sold over 250,000 records across several genres. His popular duo Storyhill is a regular performer on NPR's A Prairie Home Companion and headlines a thriving annual acoustic music festival. John is the founder of the art rock band Alva Star, and was a member of the indie-rock group, The Hopefuls. Under the name John August, Hermanson released fifteen world music titles for the Lifescapes label, selling over one million records to date. In 2012, John scored all twelve hour-long episodes of MTV's scripted series Underemployed, working with music supervisors Bruce Gilbert and Gary Calamar.
